TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Through Playing at Gold Vegas Casino, hereto referred to as “the casino”, you (“the player”) agree to and acknowledge the terms and conditions prescribed by Gold Vegas Casino and that you will fulfill and adhere to these obligations at all times.

1. By accessing and subsequently playing as a member of this website and the Gold Vegas casino you agree to abide by its regulations. Therefore, buy playing, depositing money and opening an account you are, by definition, agreeable to the policies of the casino in any manner.
2. Where terms and conditions are changed or altered the player will accept this as the due course and prerogative of Gold Vegas Casino to perform where necessary. It is the Players responsibility to monitor the terms and conditions in order to keep up to date with any changes.
3. If, for any reason, the player is not satisfied with the terms and conditions of the casino he or she may discontinue their gaming with the casino or simply should have never signed up in the first place.
4. The casino adheres and abides to all gaming policies in said territories in terms of regulation towards age policy. No person under 18 year of age is permitted to play at the casino regardless of gender.
5. Certain countries and territories do not legally allow its residents and citizens to engage in online gaming. The Casino offers no representation of warranty, either implicit or explicit, regarding a Player's legal right to play in the Casino nor shall any of the Casino's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers claim or been seen to claim authorization to make any such representations or warranties.
7. Employees of the Casino, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not allowed to play the games for real money without prior consent from the Casino Director. Should such activity be discovered, the accounts will be immediately closed and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeit. Only the original deposit will be refunded and only to the initial source of the deposit.
8. Gold Vegas Games are in place purely for entertainment value only. Players are not obliged to deposit money at the casino or play for money at the casino; it is possible to enjoy Gold Vegas Casino without depositing in any form. Playing is entirely the choice of the player. In this respect the player accepts that they do not deem any game provided by the Casino to be offensive, unfair, objectionable or indecent.
9. In placing real bets the playing accepts that they do so within the jurisdiction of their own country or territory. And furthermore accepts that the Casino is exempt from providing any legality or otherwise for their participation in the procurement of real money play. The Player also agrees that there are no legal or other restrictions against playing at the Casino within their jurisdiction, territory or country. This remains the sole and total responsibility of the Player to determine the legal eligibility of their participation.
10. In order for the player to meet wagering requirements, the player needs to select then lock both Real Money Account and Fun Money Account together, and then play the casino games with both accounts at the same time.
11. We only allow one account per player, per household.
12. Entry to the casino is allowed as personal entertainment. Entry, access or re use of the casino or website for any other reason is forbidden. Gold Vegas Casino reserves the right, albeit respectfully, to terminate any players account at any time without notice to the player. The remaining balance of the account, should there be one, will be credited to the players’ credit card or will be sent to the player by cheque.
    Should there be cause for further investigation resulting in a fraudulent or illegal transaction then the Casino reserves the right, without recourse to disqualify any winnings and confiscate the said balance in the Casino account due to any of the following instances.
    
    
    1. More than one active account at the casino.
    2. The player’s casino account not matching the name on the credit card that was used to make a deposit at the casino.
    3. If a player enters a promotion and then cashes out before his/her promotional obligations have been met.
    4. Incorrect or false registration information.
    5. Not of legal age
    6. If a player plays from a restricted territory according to that territories gaming legislation.
    7. If the player has permitted (locally or internationally) another player to play from his/her casino account
    8. If an individual has not played in the Casino purely as an entertainment and has only participated in a professional capacity or in association with another player from another club or group or part thereof
    9. If the Player has deliberately "charged back" any of the monies deposited on their credit card or into their Top Game Casino account
    10. If the Player is discovered to be cheating or that the Player has instigated a system (i.e. machines, computers, software or any other form of automation) to proliferate the cheat, that has been created especially for the Casino to lose revenue due to this operation.

Should the casino discover that any player has engaged in one or a number of these actions then Top Game casino will act accordingly.

1. In acceptance of the said rulers the player agrees to partake in any promotional/ advertising events upon acceptance of any prizes or winnings that have been accrued through association with Gold Vegas Casino. The player agrees that their name may be used without any form of compensation from the casino, unless this is in violation with any rule or law that could affect it.
2. In the event of a complaint against the casino, the said complaint must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the occurrence. If the complaint is received after this time then it will not be addressed. In special circumstances the casino may evaluate late notifications case by case but it is the express right of the casino to do so according to its own discretion.
3. Should there be a discrepancy in the result displayed, on the Player's Casino software and that of Gold Vegas Casino and its software, the result will stand only on the Casino server software.
4. Taxes on prizes and winnings are solely the responsibility of the player.
5. Gold Vegas is permitted to, at any time, remove or add games within the casino without prior notice.
6. Should the player abstain from the Casino for a period of 6 months or longer then Gold Vegas Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit. If the player should wish to withdraw the amount after this time then the casino will assess the case in isolation but reserves the right to invoke the 6 month rule.
7. The Player's account name is not transferable or changeable; the account name and password should be kept private at all times. The player is the only person permitted to participate in any activities within the Casino and is the only entitled to collect winnings and prizes if and when appropriate on their account.
8. The Casino is not obliged to store or provide individual players usernames and passwords should the player lose this information unless it is an error on the part of the casino.
9. Gold Vegas Casino is not responsible for the functionality of the internet. In the case of a malfunction this is the sole responsibility of the player of their service provider.
10. If a player attempts to defraud the Casino or is proven to be a cheat by making false or given false information in order to secure a place in the casino, or maligns the casino in any way with false accusation or libelous statements, Gold Vegas Casino will pursue the perpetrator using the full extent of law enforcement and its agencies in order to safeguard its reputation and will instigate any legal suits for damages against the said player and prosecute accordingly.
11. The Player shall hold the Casino, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers risk free and shall fully underwrite the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that could result because of: (i) the Player's entry, use, or reuse of the Web Site, (ii) the Player's use of any materials at the Web Site, (iii) the Player's entry, use, or reuse of the Casino's server, (iv) the Player's activity in the Casino and its games, or, (v) the Player's acceptance of any winnings or prizes.
12. Furthermore the Player further indisputably agrees to indemnify Gold Vegas Casino, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all action within the Casino and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. This occurrence shall include (but not limited to) any legal implication that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Players jurisdiction, territory or country.
13. Gold Vegas Casino is the trademark name of the casino. In no way does the player retain or hold any rights to use or reproduce any of the graphics, text, concepts or methodologies by participating on the website and the content held therein.
14. If any of the materials of the Casino games are interfered with, altered, forged or damaged they become void and unusable. Regardless of how they are obtained whether physically or electronically. Material liability of the Casino games that contains any error is only limited to a replacement of the same material.
15. Articles or products submitted for prize claims are deemed as property of the Casino and will not be returned. The Casino does not take any responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, for prize claims or entries.
16. The $ denotes and symbolises US Dollars only.
17. Gold Vegas Casino will only ever publish the first name and the first letter of the surname of any player in the interests of preserving personal privacy.
18. Progressive Jackpot winnings are paid in USD. The amount involved will be subject to the US Dollar Progressive Jackpot amount on the Progressive Game played, and is given at the time the jackpot was successfully won.
19. It is recommended that a player prints out all the necessary rules regulations and other information regarding their participation in the Casino, so as to avoid any possible misunderstanding or confusion as to the way the Casino operates.
